Why Doesn't the Checkout Page Have Your Website name?For security reasons the host server that holds this website cannot guarantee the high level security we offer unless the page goes directly to the server. If it is expected back in stock within 1 week, you will be notifed and your entire order will be shipped at that time. How long does shipping take? All orders are usually shipped from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order. All times are estimates from the day you place your order. Are shipments insured? Yes, insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Can I get a tracking number? Tracking numbers are only available for the UPS Ground and DHL Rush order options. Contact us should you require this number and it will be provided. Can I ship to a PO Box? Of course, simply choose the USPS option when choosing your shipping. Can I change my shipping option? The shippng option cannot be chnaged by the customer once the order has been submitted, however, we reserve the right to change a shipping option at no additional cost or time to you. Returns - Refunds - ExchangesReturn Policy All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, in the original packaging. Please contact us for a return shipping authorization and instructions for return and / or receiving a replacement. As all items are insured, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective. Items that are not broken or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refuneded.
